Shipping cost
Cost for shipping are always depending on your shipping location. Please calculate the current rates for your location using the shopping cart page.
Delivery times
All incoming orders are processed the weekend after your payment was received. If you are in a hurry, please let me know using the order comment field and I’ll find a solution.
Frames and forks are shipped using DHL (or UPS in some cases). You will get a seperate email with a link to track you parcel.
Single rotor guards are sent as a registered letter. Even though potential loss of the package is of course fully covered by insurance, you will not receive a tracking link.
After your goods were sent, the approximate shipping times are:
- within Germany: 1-3 business days
- EU countries: up to 7 business days
- outside of the EU: up to 21 business days
If your order requires any custom powdercoating or anodising: since the pandemic, these things tend to take longer than usual. Please expect up to 4 weeks of processing time on top.
UK Customers
Very sorry, but Brexit regulations have made it an absolute nightmare. Ordering is still possible, of course. However, orders with a total value below £135 can only be sent to business customers using the reverse charge procedure. For orders above £135, direct delivery to private customers is possible. You’ll have to handle the UK customs procedures yourself, though. In either case, please get in touch directly, and I’ll do everything I can to sort you out.
